Nature of the test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The selection process involving an innovative approach to identify talent was pioneered here.

A 5-stage comprehensive assessment is designed to bring the best out of young aspirants. An electronic application is followed by a psychometric evaluation questionnaire. This identifies 25 personality factors with pointers for improvement. Writing a Statement of Purpose (SOP) prepares applicants for a group discussion followed by a Personal Interview (PI) with faculty members.

The rationale behind taking this Online Profiling Test is to ensure that you can see your results immediately without causing any undue anxiety. This test will help you to see yourself in a new light, facilitate your growth and allow you to develop adequately before you appear  for the Personal Interview.

The Admission Team at IHM-A will conduct the personal interview to ensure that we select you for a career rather than judge you competitively.
